Background: C3 grew up in Loch Mór, Talamh Glas. His family eventually moved from Talamh Glas to Galia, hoping to have a better life. They traveled around a bit, trying to find a magic school for C3 to learn from that wasn't overly expensive, due to how poor the family was. They came across Khurshid one day, who mentioned Ak-tu's school, and they therefore headed north and settled in the state of Pann.
